management of all types of civil, mechanical and electrical construction (new as well as refurbishment works), maintenance and repair contracts;

preparation of contract documentation, provision of assistance to clients during tendering and contract implementation, specialist expert advice in the defence of claims, assistance in dispute resolution processes (formal and informal);

provision of advice to clients on problems, solutions and how they can economically and effectively solve their problems in areas related to hardware needs, software solutions, security problems and network requirements;
Mechanical services
carry out studies of workshops to optimise inventory requirements, training of tradespeople to carry out their tasks in a skilled manner, analyse equipment fleets and carry out valuations of existing operations for disposal of surplus plant and equipment; and

as part of ITECO's other operations in the fields of government and institution building we work with our partner organisation Zimconsult AG to prepare, manage and facilitate Syntegrations as a unique and the most successful way of rapidly building a sense of participation and ownership among the various stakeholders involved in a programme.
